I was discussing this with one of my friends that has a business in Key West. We have spent countless hours nursing a beer and deliberating over the changes that Key West is going through. “Will the Historic Seaport be bought and turned into condos?”  “Is the trend to try to bring in the high dollar tourists going to fit with “Funky Key West”?”  “Will that trend work or will it flop?”  “Can Fun and Funky Key West survive the change?”  - We haven’t come up with any hard cold facts, a whole bunch of theories, but they are just hallucinations now.

I want to know what you think. Where will you be in 5 years? Do you still love Key West? How would you like to see it change? How can Key West change to better your business?
